On Thursday 3rd March, the PMNW team ventured out to William Barcroft Primary School in Cleethorpes to present one of our popular ‘Your Choice Days’ to the Year 6 pupils. The day was launched with a session surrounding the law in Britain and how peer pressure can often have an influence on the decisions we make as individuals, sometimes leading us to make the wrong choices! This got students excited for the workshops to come and gave them a taster of what the day would be all about. Sessions throughout the day included Prison Life, Transitions (from primary school to secondary school) and Online Safety. Our team was also joined by Rachel and Robin from the fire service to perform workshops on Fire Safety. A big thank you to both girls for joining us and helping to make the day the success it was. Both pupils and teachers really got stuck in and showed enthusiasm throughout. Additional to having a fantastic day, we got to witness the birth of 6 baby chicks!
