On the 14th of march the Pmnw team visited Giles academy to deliver a crime and safety awareness day to discuss the penalties and consequences that would affect them for the rest of their life and most importantly, how not to make the wrong choices by focusing on crime prevention.

the day consisted of workshops covering topics such as knife crime, county lines, network rail and choices. students also got to visit the replica cell van showing them what it would be living in a prison cell.

we want to give huge thanks to all students involved in the day as they were a huge credit to themselves and the school. students was engaged from start to finish; bombarding staff with intelligent and inquisitive questions.

we would also like to thank the school for their hospitality through the day and are already looking forward to coming back next year.
